🌿 Paschat Karma — पश्चात्कर्म

The Post-therapy Recovery Phase

Paschat Karma ("post-measures") is as important as the main therapy. After Pradhana Karma, the body is in a highly sensitive state — the channels are open and digestive fire (Agni) is reset. Improper post-therapy care can undo all benefits.

Duration: 7 to 30 days depending on the therapy and protocol.
