Terms of Service
Last updated: May 24, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using The Eternal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Eternal provides digital content related to Sanatan Dharma — scriptures, calendars, courses, calculators, audio, and community features. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, redistribute, or resell paid content without permission.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
- Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation.
- Use the Service to harass other users or disrupt community spaces.
5. Payments and Refunds
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. One-time purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including text, translations, audio, video, and software, is owned by The Eternal or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Sanskrit primary texts are in the public domain; translations, commentaries, design, and editorial work are not.
7. User Content
If you post content (comments, forum posts, reviews), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and adapt it on the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Astrological, ayurvedic, and ritual content is offered for educational and cultural purposes only and is not professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Eternal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or for conduct that, in our judgement, harms the Service or other users.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Mumbai, unless applicable law mandates otherwise.
12. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the site or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@eternalsanskriti.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
